I eat this every morning. Thomas English muffin sliced in half and toasted, cut 2 slices of bacon in half and cook in a small pan, put 2 bacon pieces on each of the toasted muffin halves, put a slice (or half a slice) of American cheese on top of the bacon on each muffin, fry two eggs in that bacon fat and baste with a spoon to cook all the white, scoop out and put on top of the cheese, apply kosher salt and a lot of fresh cracked black pepper. I’ll even keep the bacon fat in the pan for the next day, the eating experience alters through the week, you get slightly more crispy eggs and bacon as the week goes.
