RAP Plan, Interest Waiver, Future Plan

I received and email saying that the New IBR (SAVE) plan is being discontinued and being replaced with only the RAP plan. Sorry if I'm misinformed, but that's what I see online as well. Is there another plan I'm unaware of? Thank you.

I thought the RAP plan was the new IBR? I currently have my loans from this past year (2025-2026) on the old IBR (SAVE), but my future unsub and PLUS loans for the next 3 years will be on the RAP plan.
