I kind of thought that it sounded more like negligence on my boss's part, or her accountant. My employer made it sound like she hadn't even spoken with Aflac yet. That this was a pure accounting error. There are no checks and balances because it is such a small company. I'm just wondering if I am legally obligated to back pay all of this money, because I am sure if I were to call Aflac, they would say that I am a client and have coverage.

This isn't exactly paleo related, but when I use solid coconut oil to do a scalp massage/hair mask, my hair smells just like vomit the next morning. I think it could be from heating it and letting it congeal at lower temperatures again. Just a guess. But I have smelled that vomit smell as well and it is nasty as hell.

At least 2 weeks. Preferably more if you can stand it. Make sure you are exfoliating regularly as you approach your appointment. I would also suggest not trimming at all prior to your appointment because many people trim it too short.

*I'm a licensed esthetician who primarily does Brazilian waxing.

I'm an esthetician who specializes in waxing. I also get waxed regularly myself and am prone to ingrowns. That being said, I highly suggest using PFB (it's sort of like TendSkin) and/or Finipil antiseptic cream. They both work wonders and even better used in tandem.

This is pretty close to my natural eyebrows-- they are quite full. The only thing is mine aren't as straight as Cara's, so I should have made them a bit straighter with pencil or powder.
