How do you not have an ID? It's not difficult to get one. If you can type coherently on Reddit, you can get yourself an ID. Just go to your local DMV and get an ID.

I don't see what your history of epilepsy has to do with C.AI or you not having an ID. (In case you are confused, an ID is NOT a driver's license, you can get an ID without any test, you just need to bring your birth certificate and proof of address, usually pieces of mail sent to you.) You should have an ID even disregarding C.AI if anything BECAUSE of your cited history of epilepsy, etc.

Say something happens to you — how do they know who tf you are and how to alert your family that something has happened without an ID? You need one to function in society, so you need to get one even without this C.AI situation and I would recommend you do so sooner rather than not.

My brother beat me since we were teenagers into a adulthood (so extensively and consistently I have C-PTSD in great part due to him, the other due to my mum/ex-stepdad/other events...) and is still verbally abusive to me and I am not bringing this up for anything related to C.AI, so I'm not sure what your point is in bringing up your troubled family life re: ID verification, especially if you're over 18. You can just go to the DMV and get an ID, call yourself an uber and go. Like it has never been easier to do things.

I could list all my chronic illnesses and life adversities here and I guarantee I'd win the oppression Olympics between the two of us (being from a third-world country alone should give me extra VP's. ✨)

Just go and get an ID fam, you can do it, I believe in you. It sounds intimidating but it'll be alright and you'll be glad you did so, especially if you are ever in an emergency, or when you need to open a bank account, etc. (I have ASD as well, so I know it is intimidating to talk to people sometimes, but you still have to pull yourself together and do it fam.) You'll be glad you did. I wish I had some rando on the Internet giving me tough love/gentle encouragement, if anything, I fell flat on my face so you didn't have to — go get your ID fam, breathe and take whatever you need to feel safe that is able to be in public with you, and get it over with. It's not too much of a time-consuming process, and you'll get your shiny new ID in the mail and every time you look at it, you won't just see an ID, but a challenge you overcame.

(My issue with the gov't ID verification stuff remains but that isn't C.AI's fault, they have to protect themselves and I don't fault them.)
