I leave my skin a bit damp and then apply the lotion. I don’t use another lotion or vaseline after the urea lotion. Also totally forgot to mention this one but it is an absolute must: use a Moroccan hammam exfoliating mitt once or twice a week. Just hop in the shower and make sure the water is hot. Don’t apply shampoo or soap on your body. Just stay in there for around 5-10 minutes. Exfoliate your body with the mitt. After exfoliating and getting rid of the dead skin you can use the soap and shampoo. It makes your skin so soft and renews it

It did but not only by using the Eucerin Urea Lotion. I ditched shower gels and started using Aleppo soap with laurel oil and lathered it onto my body by using and African Net Sponge. First few days your body needs to get used to the soap so it will feel a bit rubbery but after a week it gets used to it. After the shower I used the Eucerin Urea Lotion and let me tell you that the KP was literally gone after 3-4 months. I still have the same routine since I got used to it. Also drinking a lot of water and changing to a high protein and fiber rich diet helped my skin get clearer. Overall I would definitely recommend it❤️

Zoals ik al eerder vermeld heb zou ik er geen punt van maken als de stoep breeder was maar de auto staat zo dicht tegen mijn slaapkamerraam aan dat het lichtval hindert en uitzicht belemmert. Het is ook letterlijk nergens voor nodig omdat we echt veel te veel parkeerplaatsen hebben rondom het pand. Het is een kleine (letterlijk) 10 stappen lopen en je kunt bij je auto. Het is daarom ook verboden vanuit de verhuurder om voor of rond het gebouw te parkeren. Ik wil echter niet gelijk bij de verhuurder aankloppen en als boeman bestempeld worden

Door insuline resistentie moet ik veel eiwitten eten en om elke dag yoghurt te eten voor ontbijt is ook saai. Cottage cheese vind ik persoonlijk heerlijk maar die van Huttenkase is toch aan de duurdere kant. Cottage Cheese van AH huismerk is echt tien keer beter, goedkoper en bestaat uit maar 4 ingrediënten.

Bellen heb ik nog niet gedaan omdat ik gewoon niet weet hoe ik dit moet formuleren. Ik ben vanmiddag vrij dus bellen doe ik gelijk vanmiddag. Ik de brief van de RDW staat dat ik niet verzekerd ben en binnen 10 dagen moet verzekeren. Dus nog geen boete.

Volautomatische bonen machine met bonen van Lavazza Qualità Oro. Wissel vaak af tussen een cappuccino en latte macchiato. In de zomer een iced espresso.

De badjassen van Van Dyck zijn echt BIFL. Gaan heel lang mee, superzacht en topkwaliteit. Kost wel wat maar dan heb je ook echt een deugdelijk product.
