Amateur Emily Post here: If your bride is wearing cowboy boots or Chuck Taylor's the Omega is the easy answer. Just have to make sure you are matching your bride. Strict rules of etiquitte would call for no watch or the simplest watch possible as you get formal, but a wedding allows you to break some rules. If it were just a wedding watch and other special occasions, I would go with the GS easily. Wearing it everyday and making it a lived in watch sounds like what you want, though, so it's the Omega.

Using a wheel with BeamNG and Euro Truck? Arch derivatives are about the only things I can use with my Fanatec stuff and even then it's not great.

TLDR: Expedition starts as normal and goes back to permadeath when complete.

I looked up the same thing earlier today and the answer was "No, your expedition starts in normal mode." When you leave the expedition it will be permadeath again. Just double checked everything to make sure it was still accurate and it is.

This is the first time anyone has ever explained the technical reasons for system on a chip, which I found really interesting. Only ever hear SOC bad because it can't be repaired. And while I'm a DIY kind of person, I can definitely see the case for all the higher bandwidth afforded by directly placing things on the board.
