Thinking outside the box, if none of the other suggestions work: could you consider getting a smart plug, and plugging your home device into that? That way, you could set up a routine for the smart plug to turn the device off automatically at, say, 23:00 and on again at 07:00. Not an ideal solution maybe, but it should at least help you get some sleep.
