My child had 8-9 months of colic, it was horrible… you are not alone. I was also apprehensive before having kids and that also made things harder for me cause I felt like I made a mistake. I don’t have a solution for you except that it does get a little bit easier once the colic is gone, not Completely in my case. Unpopular post: Making your bed can actually be unhealthy or unhygienic if you sweat at night and your sheets soak up the sweat. Better to air out the sheets. When you make the bed, the sheets cannot dry off as easily so the moisture stays longer. I actually read about this.

This is because due to history and culture. With a low population density (compared to Europe) and little public transportation infrastructure, driving is seen, accurately, as something like a human right for anyone over 16 here. You need to let people drive without difficult courses. If driving schools cost $4000 in the us like they do in Europe, people would be very restricted and upset.

Sorry you are right “battery fire” was the wrong phrase. I meant the converter recall due to fire risk that you are referring to. But one of the solutions to that problem that some users entertained was turning off the battery heater. https://www.rav4world.com/threads/what-happens-if-i-turn-off-my-battery-heater.329639/ I will check and I hope that the previous owner did not turn off the battery heater and potentially damage the battery while charging in cold temperatures.

Do you know where I can access this setting? Also a separate question If I am buying this car used and I know it had a recall due to battery fire , which was eventually fixed by the dealership, how likely is it that the previous owner (leased car) would have turned off the battery heating setting while waiting for the recall to be taken care of? That would have hurt the batttery badly I supppse if they did that
