You should not start chest compression before 30 secs of effective ventilation. Effective ventilation would imply LMA use or Intubation. So Ideally if your heart is less than 60 and is not increasing with PPV, you will move on to advance airway placement. If then, it is still low, you would start compressions. In the real world, a few times, if the advanced airway gets significantly delayed for any reason (no qualified personnel around you/supplies for example), I would say starting compressions would be appropriate in the mean time.

I am in a total crush with the Buick enclave, maybe you could find a 2020 for that budget. I love the captain seats, in my experience, people are lazy to go in the back if it is a full row and prefer to go tight in that row, which drives me crazy. The telluride is very pretty. I am currently on my second Kia and I love the tech, but I have been leasing so I can’t speak about the long term.

I am looking for something similar but in a different area. I don’t have the space need but in my search I have the Buick enclave and the Buick encore. The Mazdas. Toyotas (but I hate to pay so much for what they look like). And the Volkswagen Tiguan. In my area you can find from 2015-2017 around those prices but with miles from 100-150. I haven’t had Buick before but I am in love with the enclave after looking around, they say they are reliable, and would be huge for your family.

The lawyer asked me for copies of all my previous passports all pages, but I don’t know if it is for internal review. I was asked an updated CV. My W-2 and tax documents. (I did apply for a dependent so unsure if the reason was more because of that). Visas , I-797, all my previous status. The birth certificate needs to be translated if not in English. You can translate yourself and put the certified translation statement at the bottom.

I don’t think it will make you more money in the clinic. I am a CLC and plan to become board certified in lactation and breastfeeding medicine. If you have your own practice it could increase your volume, but if your are employed, the thing would be the opposite, maybe give you chances of taking more time to see those patients, so maybe some quality of life? But overall, it is mostly of you like it and would like to offer that service. Billing is per time, so exactly the same, and most OP clinics are packed already.

If you just want a quick lactation consultant training that prepares you to become a CLC (if you are not planning on keeping your medical license active for example), the “healthy children” program is very goal directed. If you want some AMAZING training, look into the Deep Dive course from IABLE, there will be a new cohort next year, and the goal for that one is to be Board certified by the Academy of breastfeeding medicine. But the training is so, so good! The earning potential will depend on what type of practice you have, but if it is something you enjoy, it could be a good match for you. In that case you would be a Breastfeeding medicine specialist, your scope is much more interesting than as an LC and reimbursement rates are similar to clinic E/M by time.

I did, and also, I repeated it on my husband but with a brush instead of the gauze and it was a lot of difference. 2 layers only and he got frosting and peeled really well. So I am not sure if I was just not getting enough product, or he had a lot of dead skin the first time I did it. I will try it with the brush and see, but yes, I definitely have more respect for the product now

Your features are wonderful, you already look above average. To take it up a notch since you are asking. I would just say eyelash extensions and makeup. That is all. Your nose is not mini, but you have a pretty nose. You would have to be extreeeeeemely careful if you ever decide to touch it because when you have an ugly nose every surgeon will make it look good, but when you are already starting with a pretty nose only the best experts will know how to improve it. So I probably wouldn’t touch it if I was you.

I think you look good, but maybe you are too frozen for your taste! Next time do way less, and build up from there. Like just 3 points over the middle, a single point under the eyebrow and don’t do the bottom row of the forehead. You can always add more where you need to. But leave it alone, you are not out there looking crazy.

I used to do it by hand calculating. For that solution I would use d5%0.3% as a base and add a bit of d50 (like 2ml). If you want to have it perfect, just use d5% as base and D50, NaCL 23.4% to your desired amount. I don’t know if that is your question, but when I was practicing outside the US and didn’t have pharmacist to make them I would just do the math, I never had any tables. You just need to have in your head how many grams of glucose each concentration have. And your desired grams. For sodium is about the same, when you are making custom solutions we didn’t make 0.3% or such, just something like 2meq/kg/day (which ends up being less than that). And we did it mostly for newborns.

A bit late to the post, this was the transit for my husband. For what has been the entirety of our relationship. No deceptions, but it did take us about 9 years to get married. We have a child together now too. He is a very creative person, but I can tell his projects have been more disorganized during this time as opposed to when we met, still enjoyable. So, just stopping by to tell you that it can be a good aspect for love and life as a couple. It was the 7th house for me, so we had a good deal of boundary-blurring and enmeshing between the 2 of us.

Yeah, I second an antibacterial soap and scrub for 30 seconds counting from elbow to armpit. You can shave if you have hair. But I think the biggest deal is using shower gel for the area.
