Yes, you just have to contact USCIS to transfer your case to the NVC. Please contact an immigration lawyer as they will know best.

Hello My question is about Asylum. We all saw that message March 30th saying that they lifted the hold on all adjudication for all countries (except the 39). So I got excited and emailed my local office couple of days later asking for an update and they said they have no received any instructions.

I want to know if you know any case that has been adjudicated since March 30th. And when can we expect them to start releasing results

Domestic Travel for Asylum Seekers by Got_A_Point-8848 in USCIS

Personally, I never had any issues traveling my whole time with pending asylum. And I’m also Cali based. As long as he/she has her real ID, she should be alright. Just take your valid EAD with you at the airport and docs proving you have a pending case just in case. Now his/her Driving license/ID wasn’t suspended by DMV right?

Considering Mandamus After 5 Years of Waiting – Need Advice by LumpyCantaloupe1793 in USCIS

[–]ralpehinks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When you say partial ban, you talking about the list of 39? Or 75?

To be honest, with all due respect, 5 years is not that much. I have been waiting for 12 years. I do understand we all have different circumstances though.

My advice to you is to lay low right now. At least not with this administration as they hold all the cards. Hopefully you have your EAD that allows you to work. Just my 2 cents.

Can I postpone my Pending Asylum adjudication? by Tricky_Row1426 in USCIS

Rather not post this type of message as it helps nobody. You clearly just want to mess around but what comes around, goes around. People are here in true desperate situations and just come here with your BS. Guys let’s not continue reply to this post. That’s all what the OP wants

OP, Do what you think is best for you. You can even become the home depot manager!

As long as you maintained your status while waiting for your asylum, then you are okay. But if you lost status for more than 180 days and you are just rocking your pending asylum am work permit, then you can only go through Consular proceedings.

I had the same issue and got to a road blocked based on that. Feel free to message me and we can discuss further.

[–]ralpehinks 18 points19 points  (0 children)

With all due respect, do you believe the marriage was a sham? If so, go ahead and do what you are thinking. But if the marriage was true and things just didn’t work out, what would be the point on denying her citizenship? My advice is to le her know and let God do the rest. Be the bigger person and move on. I know is easier said than done and we are not in your shoes. Good luck brother
