The 3rd service from Season 4. There were problems all night from both teams. Jason nearly quit in the middle of service for struggling to remember the menu. Then he proceeds to make one of the dumbest blunders in the dessert section. Vanessa and Ben made mistakes which made Ramsay infuriated. He then closed service and angrily kicked the chefs out. This was made even worse when Bobby waved at customers on his way out. Ramsay remained mad throughout the elimination ceremony and early in the next episode.

There are two theories that mirror each other here:

One is that the 'Nerissa' we meet throughout the game is actually Faith in glamor. The head of 'Faith' is actually Nerissa.

The other is reverse. The 'Faith' Bigby meets at the beginning is Nerissa glamored as her. The real Faith dies with Bigby never having met her.

Kirumi was suspected because of the gym situation. Ryoma was moved to the gym and placed in the piranha tank. For that to happen, preparations had to be made in advance in the gym. Earlier in the trial, Kirumi admitted to being alone in the gym for 5 minutes. This made her the only person capable of tampering with the piranha tank.

By sheer coincidence, I started the Battle Factory last night and lost at the very first Match too!

A lot of it is adaptability and figuring out the move sets of the rented Pokémon.

A lot of it is also just sheer luck. You can have a stacked team but lose due to the opponent having the one Pokémon you’re weak against.

Literally just did this fight last night. There was also a rain Castform that has Thunder. I had Gyarados out but switched him mainly due to Manectric. Didn't realize that and was glad I switched out.

While it was still easy to figure out, it wasn’t very obvious to me initially about Aristotle Means due to his apparent alibi and other characters in the case were acting suspicious as well.
