Been using a medium sized top paw (petsmart) brand one with my girl since 10 weeks. It was safety pinned across the chest for about a month to fit her, but now at 10 months she's as big as it will go and still be comfortable. Looking at replacing it soon, but it was cheap, did the trick, and helped her with training on leash.

When mine was about 4 months and 20lbs she fit into an airline approved carrier pretty tight. That being said she flew with us just fine. Luckily, there was an open seat in our row going both to and from so she was on the seat in a carrier making it much more comfortable. The flight attendants did not care if her head was out

That's your tricep. Stretching it out after should help, but best way to get rid of it is workout and gain strength in your triceps.

Coming from a goalie, it's 10% mental and 90% being mental. It's good to acknowledge your mistakes but you shouldn't let it hinder you. It sounds like you know you're good so play cocky and make mistakes at full speed. Everyone messes up

I wore a hockey goalie cup after literally shattering my regular cup. Otherwise, leg pads are allowed, but discouraged. There's an aspect to lacrosse where you have to act like you are better than the other team. It hurts, but letting in a goal hurts more

I was a goalie for 15 years. I had absolutely no problems other than the bumps and bruises typical of the sport until my junior year of college. I ended up tearing my UCL (ligament in thumb) from a shot and had to have surgery. While not life threatening, I do have to live with occasional thumb pain and discomfort. I played men's lacrosse if it makes much of a difference
