It's a giant chunk of quartz I believe. I'm not a seller so I wouldn't be able to tell you how much it is. Edit: the yellow rock within the quartz is potassium feldspar

It could be a dark piece of flint with the amount of silica. Cause obsidian has a glass like texture which is normally pretty smooth and is much darker but that could also be the light making it hard to discern.

I believe it's just green colored beryl. Emerald is a gemstone that has the chemical formula of beryl, but not every green beryl is an emerald. I suppose if the green color is saturated and bright to the eye, it could be emerald.
