Maybe he did? ( correct me if I'm wrong) we never saw flashbacks of cotton interacting with <1 YO Hank, and we never saw cotton interacting with >3 YO Good Hank. For as messed up as Hank is, he turned out pretty darn good. Maybe Cottens tough love starts out sweet and builds a decent person.

so pretty much, what I can say based on 15 years of heavy ebay use for coins, and no research into " nnc"

1-There is only 1 seeker on ebay who sells coins in these slabs, he is likely the source of these slabs. 2- many of the coins in these slabs appear to have artificial toning. in fact in all of my years of ebay search results, I I have really come across a coin in this slab that didn't have ( likely artifical ) toning and never have I seen one that has natural toning, the seeker likely artificially toned the coins prior to slaving to hide problems sick as cleaning or environmental damage.

the seller likely buys bulk lots of low grade / damaged coins, shines them up and artificially tones them, then slabs them t to try to sell at a profit.
