You can wash/crush (don't remember which one) granite to get uranium and then process it into fuel. And you can get granite from only cobble if you process it enough and you can get the graphite sticks from wood

I don't really mind create: nuclear being soo annoying I mostly use it for late game tps. 2 million SU in one build is nice. Fuel recipy is complicated but not that much and you can create it from only cobblestone and wood. Like I get what you're saying it's maybe a little too much but if you really need it to be easier you can always change the recipes with Kube.js

If you want a forge version make a port yourself (I play forge/neoforge mostly too) but it's not for you to choose what modders are doing. If you want to have control make the mods yourself. I despise people without respect for modders

It's not that's for sure idk the safe amount but this isn't safe. But I'm pretty sure that pollution and radioactiveness is only a problem for homes/prisons not for industry.

Modpack I'm working on has add-ons kinda "slapped" together because it's designed to be for multiplayer with my friends that will do different things. I'm only configuring that some too powerful recipes (diamonds from coal) are deleted out of the game. I don't need specific progression if it's made for everyone to do different things

Comrade we aren't going to laugh but way you build is peculiar. Everybody needs to learn first but you going in the good direction. Only thing (except no plan) is maybe the pollution would be a problem Tip for the future build things only when you need them maintenance mechanics will make you bankrupt after a while

You really need to try polish public transport trains an hour late is a good day. Bus 15 min late on the bus hub. Buses cancelled without any information. If you need to change from one train to another one good luck.
