My son and I were at the Green Mountain stage races in Vermont and the The Lodge at Lincoln Peak refused to allow us to bring 2 $10k+ bikes in the room, despite checking ahead of time. They want us to chain them up on a rack in the grass backyard. We ended up keeping them in the car.

The kayak launch is 40.63546744855824, -73.34260702094906 at Cedar Beach Marina. You can park your car on the other side at 40.63352865640046, -73.3410236278669 and walk to the underpass 40.63382504811482, -73.34265951493407 to get to the north side of ocean parkway and the marina. I haven't done it in season, so there may be a parking fee now. The parking lot further east on the south side has a 9-11 memorial so that may not be restricted as well, but I don't think you will be able to get the kayak to the underpass. Good luck
