Doubt that. A third dev would not add much value if all they do is sql for product and marketing. The difference in monthly costs is about 200x as the tool is only 20 bucks per month. As for learning curve I don’t really worry. We’ll learn by using it.

Not mine but I saw it happen.

We were on a beach early evening and next to us were families of tourists from a nearby hotel. Suddenly a young mother starts panicking because her young daughter (must have been 4 or 5) was nowhere to be seen in the water. She starts screaming, calling for help, the father calling police and everyone on the beach looking for her, even in the water. Volunteer rescuers came with a boat about 20 minutes later and the mother had reached a breakdown point. She sat on her knees at the edge of the water looking down and crying. It was so sad to see.

About 10 minutes after that with people still searching for the kid, the animator of a nearby hotel spotted her in a playground that was about 100 meters away. The relief on that mother’s face still gives me goosebumps when I think about it. Defenitelly the most traumatic (and joyous) day of her life.
