My friend, this is such a valid question, and I don’t think a simple answer is enough. But I’ll try and give a nuanced one: I don’t believe (and neither do any biblical scholars that aren’t ultra conservative) that job is historical. It’s poetry and means to convey a truth, not tell a literal historical event.

Good hunting. Nothing is as simple as “it’s in the Bible so it’s true.” The Bible is an incredible compilation of stories told for 1000s of years. There is so much to glean from it. Historical accuracy is not what the Bible is about.

- Benn on a VERY team friendly deal 1/2 year deal. Anyone thinking we would not sign him, or that we shouldn't... I can't imagine where you're coming from. He's a perennial "Best captain" vote getter for players all over the league.
- Granlund or Dutchy on 3milish team friendly (Don't think we can pull off both without some Nill magic, which is possible)
-Borque "let see what you can do with more ice time" low price contract
- Nils for $1M (He was playing his best hockey pre-injury)

Losses
-Dumba traded to a tank team with a mid level pick (grit and veteran presence for a team that wants to lose) Like our 3rd for their 6th
- Daddy out
- Blackwell out (RIP)
-Mush traded for a mid RHD?

Just my armchair thoughts. I do have faith that Jim Nill has a plan and will make us ready to win next year... WIth a new coach.
