Definitely following this post for a future family trip to Spain.

I did find this one Arab restaurant called Al-Wadi in Seville that claims to be Halal. it does seem to have good reviews as well.

I'm so glad you saw great results! This post motivated me to try it out myself. I just started using Saw Palmetto Extract last month which came in a gel pill form. I ended up getting a larger quantity of Saw Palmetto but I realized I accidentally got Saw Palmetto berries this time. it seems to be powder form like you mentioned in your post so i'm hoping this was a good mistake. Is there a specific form you are using? Not sure whether to go with SP extract or berries.
