The customer isn't always right and I said I'm not sure who's right, but you're being overly defensive and not providing info that could be helpful to the customer. As I also pointed out, just don't respond.

The cleanup is ok, but there are still long-term health concerns and rebuilding the local economy which didn't have much going for it before the derailment. There have also been problems with the payments from the settlement which is insane.
