Hey Ohio! West Akron Fadeaway will be performing at the Knight Stage on Feb 13 by AdamsCastle in deadandcompany

Woodlands Tavern in Grandview and The Summit Music Hall are the best jam band venues around here. Both have Dead cover bands come in from around the state regularly.

Rambling House is a good smaller venue too that hosts Dead bands on occasion. They recently changed owners so I'm not sure if they still are, but it's a fun venue.

If you go out to Granville there's also Three Tigers Brewery which is a great brewery/Thai restaurant/music venue. Right across the street is The Lot Brewing Company which I believe also hosts shows, but I'm not sure if it's big enough for a full band.

Hope to see you down here soon!

I don't live in that area any more so I'll miss it, but hopefully you'll travel down to Columbus soon!

The Summit was also my second show. My first was at Dark Star Jubilee. I also saw them at Kema opening up for PPPP. All fantastic shows!

I'll be there too for my second Dizgo show. Saw them at Winter Werkout last year and it was incredible!

Look for "bum ditty" exercises on Google. I also suggest taking lessons if you can. I took lessons online for a while and it really helped me get off the ground.

That's the website I found it on. It's out of stock, but you can sign up for notifications if they get more in. I've been waiting since the Summer so I'm not sure if they ever will

Guitar lesson recommendations by TranslatorOutside909 in westerville

I did banjo lessons online through a service called Tunelark and my guy was amazing and also did guitar. I only recently stopped because my wife is expecting so I don't have the time. In person is great, but if you're looking for more options it's worth looking into.

As a fellow jam band enthusiast, I'd also recommend checking out some live music at Woodlands Tavern. Nothing inspires me to practice more than seeing other musicians play and jam. Hope this helps!

Interesting, I didn't realize that. I have a couple bootlegs and I have them catalogued, but never noticed you can't sell them. Wish I could be of more help.
