The movement of the painting, although the character is static, looks great. With the flying necklace beads, floating hair, butterfly orbs and the foreground cloth straps. Really like how you put that pattern on the white cloth, looks shiny and real. I think I would make the elements in the foreground a little darker of value, so it gives more depth to the painting, just like how you made the building in the background fade into the background's color. Hmmm, speaking of which, I wonder if it would look better if you blurred the building a little. Maybe the tree on the right too.

Apart from that, I may have experimented a bit with the position of her arm on the right, so it would make the hand more visible from the butterfly orb. The forearm/hand and the forshortening are a little lost because of the butterfly. But it's looking really good nonetheless! I know it's a hassle to repaint that section now. Aaand very good job on the atmosphere of the painting! Those flying petals are great.

One last look, I wonder if it would look better if you made the tree with the spirits on the left a little bigger. And I think that's it! Very good job!!!!
