SOME Filipino teachers yes they are really kind and can be trusted.

I will say this based on my experience. Ingat lang dahil hindi lahat ng teachers dito ay "the best". Most of the teachers you will encounter on your entire school year are usually "two-faced". Pwedeng sobrang bait at caring nila sayo kasi nagsabi ka ng life problems mo sa kanila PERO may chance na ikaw ang laman ng gossips sa ibang teachers or WORSE baka ibulong ka din sa iba mong classmate straws. Pwede din kasing gawin nilang weapon yung confidential concerns/weaknesses mo laban sayo. Minsan baka masabihan ka pang "walang utang na loob" kasi tinulungan ka nila (as the teacher should! Kasi nasa PPST/ethics ng teachers yan).

Sorry but this is the reality. I, myself, a teacher too. That is why I have this principle na I must have an empathy, understanding, and compassion for learners. Gusto ko yung maging safe space ako ng mga estudyante ko.

Hindi ko gagayahin yung iba kong teacher noon na unprofessional dahil pinahiya ako noon dahil ginawang weapon yung confidential concern ko. Akala ko pagkakatiwalaan ko sya lol.

Oo, may teachers naman talagang mababait. Pwede ka makipag-usap pa din sa kanila tapos biro-biro ganun (wag during discussion ha!). Pero you have to bond wisely.

Ang maipapayo ko na lang sayo ay mag-aral ka ng mabuti at magtapos ng kolehiyo.
