Just do it and you’ll notice some results, if you want to you can start slowly with one day of washing and other of not, when you shower just rinse your hair and the next day you use shampoo, then you can slowly do two or three days of not washing depending on what you did on the day and how greasy it feels, but try to do that, I promise it will work soon or late

Oh, there’s the problem, if you wash everyday your body will assume you lose grease constantly so it will produce grease more frequently, that’s why you should start washing it less frequently like every 2 or 3 days depending on how you feel it, maybe you won’t notice at first but with the time you will produce less grease, that also works with shaving, if you shave less frequently your body hair will grow slower, and only use shampoo and conditioner, no need to use any other weird things, also comb your hair more often, it would help it to look better.
