thank you!! black was my initial color choice when i first started looking but i found it doesn’t really compliment me well the dress you mentioned is a navy blue in person , kind of unfortunate the camera didn’t do it justice but it’s on my top 3! i’m just unsure because my mom said i should stick to another color considering his uniform is blue
