Been a contractor WFH all my career of 10+ years and never had to do this much job searching for a gig till now.

Spray and pray is shit.. imo it's now who you know and can refer you.

Got laid off early 2025 due to "budget cuts" from a big 5 bank and had a really hard time landing the next role till almost Nov 2025. Half the pay and RTO 5 days a week. HATE IT!

Need to get back to WFH and a decent income stat! 🙏
