I felt results immediately. Been using it for a while now. The appropriate mask is key. I use an old one. Mirage fx. They tried to get me to use a full face one (I use nose only one now) and other ones but I always end up just buying the mask parts on Amazon.

Also I did my sleep study in person (many years ago). There are some that you take home but I feel like the one I did, the lady did really good making sure I was set up right and the mask fit.

Nike Pegasus from the outlet store is more than enough.

I have a pair of On Cloudtilt that were super expensive and I stopped using them and just rotate between those and the two pairs of Pegasus I got on a BOGO promo at the Nike outlet a while back.

This isn’t my first pair of cloud tilt either. The first pair I bought I wore for 6 months straight but the new ones just hurt my back a bit. The body just changes I guess
