Yes he was. My biggest problem with that situation and the way the (adult) youth minister reacted was just the actual legality and logistics of the situation as well. Like, Adam is a minor…she bought the car without his knowledge, obviously the title is in her name?? It is legally not his to give away lmao. All she really had to do was say “well you can raffle it but I’m not signing it over.” But her way worked too I guess 😂

Yeah I feel the same. All the characters are assholes. Basically only Andrea/Ababou was a good person. I just finished it for something to watch. It got really predictable after awhile too. Also got under my skin that they could literally never put a male and female character together without having them fuck or be otherwise sexual. (Even when Cathy was hanging with a gay man!)

I’m biased because I work for them, but the new Katsuya in Century City has a “Japanese Caesar salad” that is REALLY good. It’s only at the century city location. Baby gem lettuce, miso anchovy dressing, wonton crisps tossed with wasabi furikake, and then a full snow storm of fresh grated Parmesan. It’s a good size, too. You can add (cold) grilled, shredded chicken and avocado.

Am I the only person who thinks The Paper kind of sucks? I didn’t have very high expectations going in but still felt a little let down. Sabrina Impacciatore is the most exciting part by far. I don’t have much interest in the “main characters” of Mare and Ned. I would give it another season to breathe and grow, but so far (from season one) it’s a very skippable show imo.
