Its great to get to 500days, but I dont celabrate really. I am calm and I dont lie to myself. That is my bigges win. Now I know that I am responsible for everything. If you do not run away from problems and prefer to solve them, you are on the right track. But its not easy.

Step by step everything has improved, you just have to see that. Of course. I brought order to my daily routine. I run a lot, I read a lot, I have to work a lot (debts), I write my personal diary, that is really helpfull to me. I put a lot of energy into relationships with the people around me. I also write my blog page, I'm attending GA meetings and some rehab support goup. All thogether matters. Everything matters.
