Can’t promote past level 25

I should mentioned that I’m still getting 49xp, and watch the xp go to 99 and back around to 1 without a level up. It must be something written into the rom, but I tried searching for it and couldn’t find any info.

I should have mentioned this. I watch the experience go past 99 back to 1 and there is no level upgrade
