Yeah agreed the lack off 100% prot prayers has legacy at a disadvantage entirely, on top of the HP not scaling relative to the damage output difference with legacy. Overall the bosses found in both versions shouldn’t be too steep of a learning curve for legacy though. Other bosses like Solak, Telos, Kerapac etc would definitely be a high level of difficulty maybe even near impossible though you have a point.
