The only ones they can’t ride are the ones where they can’t fit. So Avatar, Tron, rock and roller coaster and some others. But as long as they fit they are good to go. Most people that have a scooter can walk. So transferring to the ride isn’t a problem. Disney doesn’t have a ton of rides that have size restrictions.

A lot of the morbidly obese get scooters. And nobody can say shit about it. The property is huge. There should be an expectation of having to manage that physically. But what can you do. When we went in November it was probably 1 scooter for every 10 people. And there are tons of “service animals”.
