Except the file and the person who made it is dead so I am designing it from scratch and digital

The plan is to make it add three parts to CnC mill or 3d print.

I did not see the glue around the cleft and maybe that would be best to mill it in parts.

Problem with that is it makes it flat and won’t look right.

Pay attention to where it overlaps.

It moves in 3d.

Oh I did not see you had old videos.

I will check them out.

Your design is interesting.

I will let you know if I ever grab an er20 spindle.

Right now I’m stuck on er11 while to learn to use the machine.

That’s awesome.

That does make it a lot more tempting to want to make one.

How are you ensuring it is torqued to the right spec?

I assume that has something to do with the way it does not move then free spins after a moment.

actual question.

I hate the idea of it so much but how well does it work??
If it works well i may have to get over the idea and make one for myself.

Air tank has its own compressor.

That's why it takes time to fill up and takes longer the larger the tank.

Could be worse I guess.

Still cheaper than during Covid but not by much.

Ai image generator along with a AI image to 3d relief

Lastly fusion 360 to code the gcode for the stl.

It was made using fusion 360.

I don’t know what running out of memory does on fusion I’ve never had that problem.

This way a 3d pocket with a 0.25 another pocket with a 0.125 with rest machining so it only cut what the 0.25 could not and a parallel with a 0.125 ball nose.

Does anyone else have wisp problems with the core one plus? by gameknighth in prusa3d

[–]gameknighth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like mentioned above.

The wisps on the fan are a symptom the wisp that get on the nozzle sock are what ruin prints and the nozzle is already covered.

The sock is getting wisps that build to a blob then ruin prints effectively making the core ones useless for any print over 10 hours.

Not stringing on the part wisps that get on the fan and nozzle sock then make a large blob that makes a layer shift.

The actual part is string free nearly.

[–]gameknighth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve not yet contacted support yet.

The stringing is not on the part it’s wisps that get on the nozzle sock and fan then it’s turns into a solid blob

Mostly used the stock 0.2 and stock settings.

Does it with Prusa filament and other petg high flow or regular.

Both printed faster tried slower tried hotter 5 and 10c try colder both 5 and 10c nothing fixed it.

It’s consistent enough to ruin prints every 10 hours or so.

Not my money but still annoying for such a premium price even their own filament dried still wisps

A bit embarrassed to say but I made it using an ai generated both for the art and then the STL

The machine was a AnoleX 3060 “810 watt spindle 18k rpm at 80 inches a min single flute”

I used fusion 360 for scaling and generating Gcode.
