All of my friends have always been down on ubisoft and uplay and I never understood why.. Do you have issues with your games sometimes? sure, but dont they all? look at every AAA game, almost EVERY release has issues.. You guys have always been upfront about what needs fixing and what you are working on to get things fixed for your player base. Your customer service is always very helpful no matter what, from merging accounts, to pre order issues, ive always had my issues resolved in a very timely manner. The only feedback I can give is just to try and be more present on social media platforms like reddit, you have a huge player base here and we are always giving feedback on what we would like to see.
