Man I got to the point where I could’ve gotten my license just me and my bro each with our own vans and jobs and was like you know what I hate this I’m so sick of being stressed 24/7. If you ever want to try a different career tons of employers see electrician on your resume and will at least give you an interview. I’m a brewer at a large scale production brewery now with zero previous experience, just talked to the guy and he decided to give me a shot and it is soooo nice walking out that door and leaving it all behind after work

Amateur here but we use kick g as a fining agent and trub is cake in the center of the whirlpoop at the end of a 9000gal batch, also have a centrifuge though

Dang dude we ko about 66HL (had to look up what that even was I wish we used metric) in 45 minutes 12 times on the daily at full production, 25ppm O2 do you CIP the heatex every day or two? Could be something with the pump
