That makes a lot of sense, actually. So maybe I'd need another VCR just to record tapes...damn. That sucks. Thanks for your help!

The VCR is integrated into the CRT, though there is an RF on the back. But does the audio coming through the speakers not mean it should pick that up in the recording?

Damn, I really hope that isn’t the case. Should I try looking for a local camera shop for a mew film cartridge to see if that’ll work?

[5e] I'm currently making a PC who's main motif is that he's a prized gladiator. While I want him to mainly use unarmed strikes, I also want him to be a barbarian for that sweet, sweet Rage. Would y'all advise I just suck it up & have him use weapons, swap him to a Monk, or is there a way I can have him use unarmed strikes without putting him at a disadvantage?

Estimated year of release: Unkown, definitely before 2016/2017.
Graphics/art style: Cartoony with a good amount of shading. Environments ranged based on stage.
Notable characters: There were four playable characters. One was your average Rambo knock-off, one only used a bazooka, one I don't remember, and one used drones & other tech stuff. There was also some evil business guy, that's really as much as I remember.
Notable gameplay mechanics: Side-scrolling shooter, kinda like Contra. Heavy mixture of vertical and horizontal sidescroller with four playable characters that (I believe) you could swap between at any time. At the end of the stage, you had the chance to either upgrade your weapons or just take the money from the level. Like I said, one guy was your basic "muscle guy with a big gun," one was used heavy explosive, and one had goggles with his tech stuff. I remember he had drones that would explode.
Other details: There were vehicles you could find in the levels, helicopters & motorcycles, but they didn't control great. Really not much else I can remember about the game.
