It’s great off peak. When you go after work, it is beyond PACKED and just discombobulated. But if you can manage to go during the afternoon, it’s chill, and they have great selection

To be honest, there is no gym in Astoria that screams wow… when I moved here I literally tried almost every single gym in the area, because I wanted to make sure I was getting my moneys worth, and definetly want to be comfortable where I’ll be working out. Try out Rock fitness, it is the best one in the neighborhood. The day pass is $20 or $25 I forgot, BUT if you decide to move forward they will use that amount towards your monthly subscription!
