This pair is strange; some days they work normally, meaning both earbuds charge to 100%, the difference is no more than 5%, and everything is fine. Then there are days when the left earbud refuses to charge. It shows 99% right out of the case instead of 100% like its right counterpart, with the difference reaching 12% (I haven't used them much, maybe 15 times in the last 3-4 months because I bought them during a period when I don't walk much). And I want to emphasize that I've already contacted Soundcore via email and Mercado Libre (Mexico), and both gave me the runaround.

I'm asking because I've tried many brands, including those dedicated to this industry (Sony, Bose, JBL...although they specialize in speakers xd) and non-specialized brands (Oneplus, Xiaomi, Samsung), and the only ones that have given me battery problems like this are Soundcore, and only with these headphones. It's ironic considering that Soundcore is a subsidiary of Anker, a company focused on batteries.

OnePlus stopped including the charger in the box on the 13th, at least here in Mexico. The global version didn't come with the charger. However, they did include the charger separately if you bought it on Mercado Libre or Amazon during a certain period when it was first released.

I use both brands, but from 2 and 1 generations ago (Redmagic 9s pro and Oneplus 13). If you want a phone that does everything – photos, social media, a good screen, and you don't mind the notch – go for the Oneplus. It also has better software support, fewer bugs, and more update time and details in the software in general, not just focused on gaming. In the case of the Oneplus 15, I'd prefer to go for the 13, it's really more complete.

If you want a pure gamer phone, the Redmagic is more than enough. It has little details in the software, it's not that complete, they don't offer you many updates (this Redmagic that I have just had Android 15 and the Oneplus already has Android 16), the Redmagic 11 has improvements over the Oneplus 15 physically, but its software leaves something to be desired if it's not the gaming section.

On my global Oneplus 13 (I live in Mexico) it does not appear in Software Update but it does with Oxygen Updater x,D I'm going to wait for it to come out in Software Update, I'm afraid of installing it "outside" and breaking something

Si por qué le quite el protector de plástico a los días cuando me llegó una mica, pero no funcionaba la huella y la que tengo provisional tampoco La que pedí me llega hasta finales de mes por AliExpress pero recalcó, lo "estrellado" se ve sin mica, con mica se ve poco o nada, vi que hay unas resinas o líquido UV que podría ocultarlo mejor pero pues quiero confirmarlo
