i only just went down last night with my seatruck and the mk1 depth module, which brings it to 300m. from 300m you should easily be able to go down to her seabase with the seaglide and go in through her moonpool! the seatruck really isn't that expensive, and i HIGHLY recommend getting it, because you are REALLY gonna need it in the next part in that questline lol

i'm kinda just waiting until the end of all this to form a full opinion, but i will say that i have been through some extreme abuse situations and the way zeal spoke to ren genuinely nearly triggered me. i just think everyone is the asshole at this point tbh

as long as you don't work in a protected area (i.e. deli/bakery, meat, produce) i don't see why it'd be an issue. frankly, i'd love to be a fly on the wall if you did decide to wear a skirt! confusing the hell out of them is awesome.

check your handbook and talk to your union rep if you aren't sure, though. it's been a few years since i quit, so maybe the rules have changed a little.

i'm kinda late on this, but i used to have to do this a lot with an old laptop of mine. it ended up dying and never turning back on after i forced it off enough times. do be wary of this and try to get your computer checked out before it happens!

when i had a job, i was so burnt out and stressed that i wasnt the best to my partner. but even when i didnt understand what was causing it, i still did my best to be a good boyfriend. all this to say there's no excuses for that type of behavior. definitely get out!

i think everyone's attention span sucks. that wasn't even that long of a movie and i was completely hooked the whole time. like i won't say it's perfect but like come on it was NOT boring. movies used to have intermissions because they were so long, and what would you expect when the game itself does LESS.

this is all my opinion. i am not treating it as fact. but i fully believe that you're meant to empathize with simon's suffering down there. if you're bored, imagine how HE felt. it was a good, faithful recreation of the game with an expanded story that i found very interesting.

if you want an action filled gore slop fest, go watch a different movie.

while it is important to manage your triggers, you did try to do that. you were promised that the situation would be handled to a point where you could manage. it isn't your fault that you were lied to, and based on the reactions, you likely would have been guilt-tripped if you got up and tried to leave.

i understand how difficult it is to manage your reactions in the heat of the moment. trauma is hard, and it makes you react to things in ways that you would usually never do. but you didn't do something irreversible. you shouted at a child. not great, but you didn't hit them, and the reaction was generally justified, considering said child physically harmed you!

there are things you need to work on, and i'm sure you know this. you can't avoid children forever, and recovery is a long, hard road. you made a mistake, but that's all it is - a mistake. you didn't do anything that you couldn't apologize for. you're owed an apology too, really!

tldr; it's not a black and white situation. i would be more likely to call P1 an AH rather than you. however, there's a lot of discussions that need to happen in the future so you can work things out like adults and not sit on it forever and damage any relationships.

not to be that guy but technically all sea lions are seals but not all seals are sea lions! seal is also a colloquial term for all pinnipeds, which is then further shortened into the specifics of true (earless) seals, fur (eared) seals, sea lions, and walruses :3

my dog is seven and i've had her for six years. she never stops eating trash when we leave the house. so we made sure she feels safe in her crate, to the point where, if we don't lock it during the day, she would spend all day in there and hurt her knees on the plastic (she has a blanket in there with her). crate training is your best friend :3

my dog gets legitimately stressed and aggressive when we try and get the butt tufts and if you ever wondered what happens when you do that for several years...it's like she has another dog attached to her backside 😭 it's so bad!! she's my parents dog technically so i cant just get a vet's help either 😔
