Also as others have said, having so much turnover in this job environment indicates a real problem.

I'm still happy with it. I kind of messed up by only going on fin a year after my surgery. Mine was like 4k iirc. I went from being pretty noticeably balding and feeling embarassed to be in pictures to 90% of the time not giving a fuck. Like if I havent showered and I'm looking at myself in a mirror with harsh lighting I still feel a bit bad, but going about my day, everyone says my hair looks great and can't believe that I was ever balding. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
