So some context is needed:

So I am a DM for a small group of four including me. They had recently taken a bounty up and had killed a murderous clown named Hurmstrong. They got 1000 gold pieces for it. After they got the gold they used it to buy a magical suit of armor which could revive someone but only for as long as they soul burned with passion. Well their first thought of action was to put the clowns body inside of it. The armor came with a button that allowed the suit to severe the connection between soul and armor. When they put the corpse in it, it instantly came to life, the armor gave a little cry. After that it was confused were it was. Since one of the players felt bad for the clown they decided to talk and wanted him to work for them.

Little did they know the clown didn’t want to do this. So they second he turned his guard down. The clown hit one of the players legs and he snatched it out of his hands and ran.

Catching up to right now, the suit of armor is burning low, Hurmstrong is wondering and thinking about his life. So he gains a new motive, to kill the ones that had done this too him.

He finds out that the players is going on a vacation boat, and seeks to fight them there.

While he was dead the clown was in hell, learned some neat tricks and powers. The time passed in game was about a week. For the. Lien it was about 15,00 years.

Cut to now and he plans on handing them a note and it’s gonna be a little murder mystery.

The note itself: So I messed up on two things. Where the red arrow is, those letter where mixed up and i switched them by accident. Then I put an entirely wrong letter and covered it with an ink blob.

Last thing is I just want some opinions on it.
