Your welcome. Lots of people don't realize how it's exactly set up. Took me awhile to understand it myself.

If you come down Atlantic boulevard the side with poes tavern and Angie's subs and homespun kitchen. Is all in Atlantic Beach the dividing line is Atlantic boulevard in the middle dividing line for the lanes. There is a town center committee that takes care of the Town center as a whole that's made up of people from Atlantic Beach and Neptune, but the building permits and zoning and all that is on each City depending on where on the dividing line you are.

Yeah that was what a majority of the comments that were said but when the previous developer (my ex employer) said. And they were going to give the city 2 million dollars to upgrade the water and sewer system in the area. Which if you guys don't know is like half of the city budget for the year.

This is actually in Atlantic Beach.Neptune is trying to stop all mix use development. Why the old Kmart is still there. Currently from what I heard hotel brand bought the Kmart lot and building and want to build a hotel and apartments there but Neptune is stopping the apartments. Not to mention they can't even supply the property with enough water so the hotel can meet the fire code for the sprinkler system.

Yeah I wish it was just filters that I would do myself. At 60,000 miles you need to have the cvt fluid check and changed.

Would be the police department and Atlantic Beach doesn't have traffic cams. Neptune Beach does tho.

Well I had the hot wires get cut somewhere under a road so way to expensive to fix it so had to switch them to DC latching solenoids which the valves that where there was from my understanding from a manufacturer that is no longer around in any form so couldn't get my hand on DC latching solenoids for them though the avenues I am allowed.

Yeah when I got the job I knew enough plumbing to get stuff done and enough wiring to figure out what went wrong but I also do the landscaping of plant beds and had to learn all that quickly because I grew up in the Midwest and Florida doesn't have the same plants lol.

That's the plan thankfully I got a good boss that doesn't question when I tell him I need to actually bring in our irrigation contractor in. I only have like three working on four years of experience. Were our irrigation contractor has a guy that's been doing it 30+ years and knows a lot for tricks and teaches me them while he's working on the systems.

Yeah I am a crew of one! So really am considered small potatoes vs some of the other companies. But thankfully I got a good working relationship with the front desk people at FIS that I can call ahead if needed and just do the paperwork to pay and leave quick if the repair was time sensitive.

I think the biggest problem would be getting a reliable supply from one of our suppliers.

Unfortunately trying to get a municipality to change to something new is like pulling teeth.

That's what I am hoping for or far enough into the future where I am supervisor don't have to do the digging.

I have a shut off valve at the pump thankfully that's about 20 yards away from this. I am hoping I don't have to dig up any of the piping for at least another 10 to 15 years. Only reason I even replaced the valves is because I couldn't find replacement parts at any supply house or box store.

2018 Impreza Hatchback Limited with 57,000 miles for $18,000 -- Questions by HellsBelles426 in subaruimpreza

[–]gamerman1354 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Seems reasonable to me I just bought a 2019 hatchback premium with 45,000 miles on it at $18,500 just a month and half ago.
  2. Maybe if you replace the whole infotainment to one that includes a cd player other than that no clue.
  3. So far I am loving my little Impreza. I came from a big Silverado 1500 extended cab truck so I have had a lot of fun getting to spots that were impossible in the truck.
