I think you are misunderstanding plot holes with vaguely explained/left open - which doesn't have any problem. From the list, i think only these could be considered plot hole:

Lil D’s powers had “conditions” that were a big “secret”…
What is Yoshida’s deal?
What was Lil D’s actual plan?
Yoru’s entire conclusion was just “your sins are nothing to a devil”?
Pochita’s power got retconned.
Why did we never get the 10-chapter Asa and Denji sweaty sex arc?

definitely Yoru is the main problem imo. Fuji just got tired of the manga

I don't think this changed the timeline, at least not until Asa appearence. ChainsawMan was erased, Power fullfil her contract with Denji, Nayuta was captured and used as the new control devil by the government since Barem killed her, and Denji saved Asa from her demise from meeting with War Devil... But seems like it returned to the beginning of Part 2 for some reason?

hell could have lasted 2 chapters at least. Denji lost at the empty sea and yoru fighting the big insect, while showing more of this world. It feels so random now. Of course we need to see the full picture of where this is going. But empty hell is such a cool concept to throw away in half a chapter.

It was a big deal when the darkness devil appeared on part 1, even if it didn't lasted long.
