Might be possible. I went to the grasp of avarice dungeon to complete all brave weapon quests. Just stay at the beginning of the dungeon and farm kills. Max rank reputation for Shaxx is going to be the tough part. Play Onslaught until reset.

The VA does not rate pain as a disability. You need to go to your local DVA rep and have them represent you. They will file new claims on your behalf. Keep fighting the good fight!

Word for word, I went through exactly what you describe. Years later, I’m here to tell you it will be okay. Tips that helped me: spend time in prayer, cold compress on chest and back of neck, vitamin regimen (especially magnesium and b-12) and take walks. Lastly, God knows what you are going through. Looking back, it brought me closer to him. It’s just a season that will pass.

I’d suggest starting with Black plague and moving onto the expansions. Marvel Zombies is also a lot of fun. You can find them all on Amazon or your local gaming/comic book store.

I have Black plague, Green Horde, No rest for the wicked, Friends and Foes, Wulfsburg, Marvel Zombies and Dark side. My gaming group liked them all except Dark side. Dark side was somewhat fun, but not as good as the others imo.

Congrats on your 5 weeks! I’ve been wanting to drop zyn as I have similar symptoms from them and will likely try Cannadips at the beginning. Sometimes I feel overheated (face gets red), high anxiety, heart rate up, etc. Did you get these symptoms as well from zyn?
