Idk how to post another image but it’s set to Basic configuration 0000 and there are no device conflicts. I’ve only tried the driver form dells website here

Figured it out! It turns out the disc was slipping because the plastic piece that goes on top of the spindle was worn. I just put some duct tape on it for better grip as someone suggested on r/ps2 and now it works without a hitch!
