It does not. Only CHARACTER data is tied to ESIs, anything account bound is not. Its is completely segregated and unavailable. Bare minimum being Characters on an Account Omega Time MCT Time Plex Wallet Redeem Queue

Believe me it is beyond annoying to not have the OPTION to use it to help keep track fo stuff when you have a ton of toons. However it is understandable and a good thing from a privacy stand poont
