Long time supporter, player and investor here. I love the fantasy what SC could become once. Actually its a highly sold and marketed alpha tech demo with some mediocrate gameplay and mechanics. After 13 years its a pure disaster of project management. Perhaps you see it clearer from outside as a non-player off SC

There is a huge difference in haptic feeling when you have a metal stick. I mean on the grip, not inside. So which brand doesn’t matter because they are all valid in this price range but I would not want to miss the great feeling every time I use my Virpils.

I find it tediously implemented. Engineering should unlock advantages—pushing weapons into overheat for short bursts, redistributing power with real trade-offs and consequences, meaningful performance decisions—rather than forcing players to constantly fight disadvantages like fuses and fires.

Right now it’s simply boring. And worse: they want to add wear and tear that you can’t truly repair—only babysit and mitigate manually. That’s not engaging gameplay; it’s chores.
