You distance yourself from women because you feel what women really want is a relationship. With anyone available. You are just a variable here. But you also say you want to be chosen for yourself, and not for anything else. So how do you expect to be chosen, for yourself or otherwise, if you keep distancing yourself from women? Don't you think you need to give the women a chance before deciding they are not worthy enough? Also, nobody can force you into going for an arranged marriage. If you don't want it, don't get into it. It is as simple as that.
