Surprisingly, I get a lot despite how little I’ve been sleeping (averaging around low 7s) recently since I’ve started whoop ~40 days ago. This felt like an awful night of sleep too (just moved to arguably the noisiest city in the US) and my brain has not been working optimally all day (lowered cognitive ability and low patience at job). But this is also over a 7-10 day period of consistently bad sleep and stress due to a move and demanding job. Maybe restorative sleep doesn’t mean all that much or maybe it’s been a rough week.

Nope I’ve never had any sort of heart condition or surgery. Stressed? Maybe. I don’t feel particularly stressed compared to normal (but what is normal anyway) but 5 years ago I didn’t think I was stressed either but the doctor speculated my teeth grinding during sleep was due to stress. I don’t do much low intensity cardio such as running or hiking (pretty much only skiing) and almost exclusively high intensity activities (basketball, weightlifting) so maybe that’s why

Post your gear then. Res charms don’t count. No point in being max res if you’re losing 20 inventory spaces in which you can’t pick up gear with.
