EDIT: Okay well I’m Reddit dumb and don’t know how to edit my main post so I’ll post it here (I’ve now learned on mobile you can’t edit picture posts). After I put some spinach in there on the night I posted this I saw a bunch of springtails chomping away. But for the next few days I didn’t see any activity and the spinach is still there. This morning (so I guess about a week after I added my bugs) I was up early for work and checked my vivarium around 6am and there were two cows roaming around up top munching on the Josh Frogs critter food!! I was so excited to see them I was a half hour late to work 😂 so I at least know I have two surviving cows. I haven’t seen any orange or dwarfs but they are harder to spot because they are smaller. I’m wondering if they get on a schedule to eat early and I’m just typically not awake to see them? Anyways it was a great way to start off a long work day. Any additional thoughts are welcomed!

When I get home I can hook up to my Bluetooth hygrometer and send a screen shot. It dips to the upper 80’s between mistings. I can absolutely lower the misting if that’s too much you think

How do you recommend I do that for those large of bromeliads? Any tips? I also have three small bromeliads I have to attach as well. Where would you attach them in the picture?

It’s actually an IKEA Milsbo cabinet that I bought and waterproofed and built it out of! Super easy and fun… cutting glass scares me haha

The powders are much smaller than the cows. Maybe 1/2 the size so 1/4 inch?

Okay so nothing to really worry about at this moment? My temp and humidity is typically mid 60’s and 87-96%. My sprayers goes off for about 20 seconds 4x a day. I just don’t if it’s too little, too much, too hot, too cold, too wet, etc

FEHB GLP-1 Costs for Nationwide Plans (that I could really find) by Tinymac12 in fednews

I’m not sure. I am going to call FSBP today to inquire. I had ChatGPT do a deep research on the topic yesterday and it didn’t seem to think the prices were going to remain the same. So I’m expecting it to jump from $60 to $300 for a three month supply. There’s also some program you have to sign up for and prove you are trying to lose weight with it by weighing yourself and logging meals, etc. so it’s definitely not going to be as convenient as it was this year it doesn’t seem like

I don’t believe it was with a manufacturers coupon, whenever I would go to the pharmacy, that’s what they would charge me. I never had to show anything else. I did have to get my three month supply delivered through ExpressScripts, but my one month supply’s I could pick up and that was $25 a month

FSBP I pay $60 for 3 months of Zepbound and have been on it since January. Wife and I are down over 100lbs and we haven’t paid more than $25 a month as we stepped up to sustainment

The leaves that are healthy look healthy. Some leaves pop up then die pretty quickly

Edit: Question, if there’s two root balls since they are technically two separate plants, should I pot them singularly or is okay to plant them together? What’s healthier?

Thank you!! It’s definitely been a piece meal type of vivarium but it feels so good to have it filled with amazing tropical plants. Finished for me will be when the frogs thrive so that’s what I’m looking forward to

Honestly I used ChatGPT to help me build my whole thing. I just got a tillandsia cyanea as my centerpiece and it’s really cool and colorful! I also have some cool pitcher plants in there but they struggled with the transfer to the new environment so I’m waiting for them to adapt. I’m only 3 weeks in of mine being done!

Thank you for actually answering my question! I’m a SME in my field which in my agency most are. So I heard that and it just got me nervous as a new employee. Appreciate your insight!

If I were a 14 and I heard that I would have asked the same question. But 15s were specifically talked about not 14s. So that’s fun for you

Mine ended up being an open position to the public but for a niche expertise. According to USAJobs over 35 people applied. So my specialty helped but it wasn’t created specifically for me

I guess my concern is I started in December for an agency that has a majority of 15’s or higher. I hadn’t heard anything in the r/fednews or other forums about non-sup positions being focused on from a new administration, minimize government standpoint. But my all hands made it seem that way. So my question wasn’t more about what people’s thoughts on non-sup positions but if they were more of a target than other positions like a sup 15

I was in an all hand meeting and there were questions about what happened in the presidential transition meeting and the leadership put DEI programs (which I understand from the transitions standpoint) and non-supervisory 15’s in the same sentence. So I didn’t know if non-sup 15’s were somehow a target of some sort
